Joint meeting Ladies Environmental Tea Group and NAWIC

In celebration of Women’s History Month and in recognition of Women in Construction Week, we are bringing together both the Ladies’ Environmental Tea Group and the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction for an informative presentation on the Kalamazoo River Oil Spill and subsequent remediation efforts. Presentation will be given by Rich Walsh, COO of Great Lakes Environmental and Infrastructure Solutions (GLEIS)— a new entity formed as a result of the acquisition of Terra Contracting and Magnus Pacific by Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Corporation (GLDD).

Presenter: Rich Walsh played an integral part in the Terra Contracting work on the river and will be sharing his story with us.
