Keynote Speaker: Lindsey Rem, Vice President, Barton Malow Company

The importance of continual learning in an era of significant change in the construction industry

Lindsey Rem is the Vice President of Systems at Barton Malow Company. With 19 years of experience in the construction industry, Lindsey began her career on the job site, understanding the vital role that virtual design and construction and other technologies play in the building environment. As Vice President, Lindsey provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the firm. In her role, she also leads the Virtual Design and Construction team (VDC) and has established a cohesive VDC strategy across Barton Malow in order to help the company achieve its long-term goals.

Followed by hands-on demonstrations of VDC equipment used in the field – hosted by Daniel Stone, Innovation and Systems Manager for Barton Malow.

You will have the opportunity to try virtual reality headsets, see BIM 3D Modeling, and other technology tools used in construction and Design.
