DESCRIPTION:  \nDana Samardzich\, PCC\, CPC with Optimal Balance Coaching will be our guest speaker at our annual Officer Installation.  \nREGISTER HERE» \nDana is a life coach who specializes in working with professional women to help them achieve work-life balance using mindfulness. \n Mindfulness is the most direct approach to happiness. When we learn to pay attention to the good in our lives\, when we practice gratitude\, or we practice loving kindness to others\, we become more patient and happy.  We don’t have to wait for happiness to come from outside of us.  We learn to cultivate happiness from inside ourselves. Dana will help us understand how mindfulness is used for positive team interactions and finding meaning in your work. \nIMPORTANT – October is the start of the new NAWIC year when will install our new board and also have a welcome gift for new members or members who were unable to attend last year’s installation and have not yet received their gift.  So please make an effort to attend so you can meet all of our members and the new board.
